Paid Social Manager

Background

We are a PPC-only Agency based in the UK, specialising in expert PPC services in Audit, Consultancy and Management capacity, managing client’s Ads across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads. We pride ourselves on a straight-forward expert service.

Our headquarters are in Chester (North West England) but offering 100% remote working to all employees (hybrid or full office based is also an option). Due to strong growth and expansion plans, we are now seeking to expand their team further with a Paid Social Manager to take charge of our clients Social PPC accounts.

The Role

Up until now we have been a Google/Search first PPC agency. Whilst we offer Social PPC currently, this is serviced by our existing team who are predominantly Google/search PPC specialists. Whilst we have achieved great results for our clients in this capacity, we are looking to provide the best-in-class service and results across all channels that we manage for clients, and we see the only way to achieve this by employing our own full time Paid Social experts.

The initial vision for this role is to take full charge of our clients Social PPC accounts. You will be the go-to paid Social specialist, working alongside PPC Managers (who are managing the search side of the PPC) to drive the best results possible from Paid Social. You will be managing accounts for a versatile range of clients in various industries and niches.

The longer term vision is that you have the opportunity to become the head of your department and pioneer Paid Social growth in our business. This is a great role for someone looking for a step up in terms of autonomy, with the opportunity to establish a department and progress into a more senior role.

The ideal candidate for this role is a true Paid Social Expert. You should have multiple years’ experience in roles where Paid Social campaigns are the main focus. You should be proficient in running Ads across all core Paid Social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. You will be the go-to person within our business for anything Paid Social related. You should be a master of setting up campaigns, tracking & attribution, reporting and ultimately getting excellent results from Paid Social.

There is no requirement for you to have experience in Google/Microsoft/Search Ads, this role is for a true Social PPC expert.

Bonus scheme

We reward excellent work with a great bonus scheme. All of our bonus’ are fully transparent and allow you to earn significantly more than your basic salary. Here is a breakdown of the current bonus’ that we offer;

• Client retention landmarks; you will be rewarded a % of the clients monthly retainer when clients under your management hit landmarks such as 6, 12, 18 and 24+ months as a client of ours. We don’t tie clients into long contracts so it’s very much down to you to ensure that clients remain with us. These percentages range from 10% through to 100% of a clients monthly retainer depending on the length of service you’ve been able to secure.
• 5 Star client reviews; For every 5 star client review we obtain from your clients, you will receive a bonus of £100.
• Case Studies: For every successful case study you can detail following results you’ve delivered for a client, you will receive a bonus of up to £100
• New client referrals; if you’re able to successfully refer a new client from your network or contacts, we reward you with a bonus of up to 50% of the clients monthly retainer for their first month and a monthly % of the retainer for the first year that they work with us.
• Service Upgrades; If you recognise that a client could benefit from utilising a wider range of our services, for example using Microsoft Ads in addition to Google, and encourage them to expand their services with us, then you receive a 15% bonus of the value of any additional service on a monthly basis.
