We are a PPC-only Agency based in the UK, specialising in expert PPC services in Audit, Consultancy and Management capacity, managing client’s Ads across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads. We pride ourselves on a straight-forward expert service.

Our headquarters are in Chester (North West England) but offering 100% remote working to all employees (hybrid or full office based is also an option). Due to strong growth and expansion plans, we are now seeking to expand their team further with an additional PPC Manager.

As a team member, you get exceptional flexibility and excellent renumeration. Our bonus scheme is industry leading, allowing team members to earn an uncapped bonus on top of their basic salary (more details below).

The Role

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced PPC specialist with experience successfully managing Ads across a versatile range of industries and sectors. All PPC Managers at Maley Digital single-handedly manage their own set of clients from start to finish, including all aspects of the PPC work, but also all communication to the client. If you want to be successful in this role, you to be confident in their ability to deliver excellent PPC campaigns for all of their clients, ensuring a market leading service throughout the process.

You have the option to work remotely, office based or hybrid – this is completely up to you. Our office is based in Chester city centre.

This PPC Manager role needs to be predominantly specialised in Google/Microsoft/Search Ads. Whilst there may be some requirement for Social PPC too, we are also currently recruiting for a Paid Social Manager who will be heading up the Paid Social side.

Basically, you will need to be great at PPC and your time will be spent delivering great results for a great variety of clients, from small businesses through to PLC’s.

Bonus scheme

We reward excellent work with a great bonus scheme. All of our bonus’ are fully transparent and allow you to earn significantly more than your basic salary. Here is a breakdown of the current bonus’ that we offer;

  • Client retention landmarks; you will be rewarded a % of the clients monthly retainer when clients under your management hit landmarks such as 6, 12, 18 and 24+ months as a client of ours. We don’t tie clients into long contracts so it’s very much down to you to ensure that clients remain with us. These percentages range from 10% through to 100% of a clients monthly retainer depending on the length of service you’ve been able to secure.
  • 5 Star client reviews; For every 5 star client review we obtain from your clients, you will receive a bonus of £100.
  • Case Studies: For every successful case study you can detail following results you’ve delivered for a client, you will receive a bonus of up to £100.
  • New client referrals; if you’re able to successfully refer a new client from your network or contacts, we reward you with a bonus of up to 50% of the clients monthly retainer for their first month and a monthly % of the retainer for the first year that they work with us.
  • Service Upgrades; If you recognise that a client could benefit from utilising a wider range of our services, for example using Microsoft Ads in addition to Google, and encourage them to expand their services with us, then you receive a 15% bonus of the value of any additional service on a monthly basis.
