Our Approach
Maley Digital was founded with a view to delivering the best all-round services relating to Paid Media advertising. Having previously worked in house, our founder had come across every type of Digital Marketing Agency there is and noticed a gap for a results driven, straightforward and customer focused, single channel agency.
PPC Only
We’ve set out to the best-in-class in the PPC field and this would be much more difficult if our attention was divided across multiple service lines. We’ve chosen to perfect this single craft so we can become true experts.
Minimal Fluff
Sure we’ve got a very handsome website and our marketing is top notch (if we do say so ourselves), but aside from this we waste no time or expense on unnecessary overheads. Our largest expense by far is our personnel, meaning that as a client you’re paying only for our experience and expertise and service and very little else.

In order to join Maley Digital as a Paid Media specialist, you need to have at least 5 years’ experience in PPC-only roles. We’ve stuck by this since we started as to ensure we’re always supporting our clients with only highly experienced account managers.
Dedicated Management
All of our clients are managed by a single PPC specialist. This is the same person that is building your campaigns, writing your ads, creating the strategy, reporting and the same person that you’ll speak to day to day. The only exception to this is our large clients which require more than one specialist, where we will allocate a lead PPC specialist who is then supported by more specialists to form a small, outsourced PPC team.

No Long Contracts
We’re not a fan of taking prisoners. We only ask for an initial commitment of 3 months, thereafter transitioning into a monthly rolling arrangement. This means we always need to be providing the results you need to avoid you going elsewhere, whilst the initial 3 month period ensures we get a fair crack of the whip!
Geography
Our team works 80% remotely. Each week, our team spends one day at our Chester HQ and the remainder of the week from home. We’ve found that this is the best balance for us, minimising costs on larger office space, but still getting the best of both worlds.

PPC doesn’t work for everyone
We’ve been doing this long enough to know that Paid Media doesn’t work cost effectively for every business. If we don’t think that Paid Media can perform to your expectations, or if we don’t think that we can improve your current performance, we’ll tell you
